OTCE doubled the passenger capacity from 5 to 10 millions. We worked on a surface area of 34 000m2 following the blueprints by architects Cardete and Huet. OTCE was in charge of project management, structures, technical packages and safety corordination.

OTCE participated in the project management of the renovation of buildings and equipment at the Pic du Midi observatory, in the aim to improve and make the astronomers’ buildings safer. OTCE looked after building a new dome, making the tourist areas (museum, catering), as well as carrying out a complete restructure of the electrical equipment.
OTCE carried out the studies and supervision of the renovation and extension of Musée Toulouse-Lautrec (Albi), in collaboration with the architect from the historical monuments administration. The highly complex work focussed on the renovation and extension of the Palais de Berbie , Albi Cathedral, filed on the historical monuments list.
